The Test

We built a custom rig to take the same photo, under the same conditions, on the iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy SIII, and the Nokia Lumia 920. This campaign promoted the surprising results of this head-to-head match-up on Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr and YouTube.

THE GIFs

These GIFs showed the same scene as captured on the camera on these three different smartphones. Default settings, no filters, no photoshop.

BEHIND THE SCENES

As you can expect, many iPhone and Android users were skeptical of these results. We anticipated this and later released some behind the scenes footage that shows it was absolutely real.
